Instructions 

• Consume 1 vegan gummy bear, up to 5 times per day. Each gummy contains 10mgs of CBD.

This is as easy as it gets. Before using the oil, shake well. 

Use the markings on the pipette to draw up 0.5ml of oil (10mgs of Cannabinoids) and hold under the tongue for up to 60 seconds before swallowing with a whole glass of water.
