Delivery Times

We aim to make our delivery service fast, reliable, and straightforward for all customers across the UK.

All orders placed before 12 noon UK time are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched on the next working day. Dispatch times apply Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the service selected at checkout.

Standard delivery typically arrives within 2 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch. This option is ideal for customers who are not in a hurry and want a reliable, cost effective service.

Express delivery is available for faster arrival, with orders usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days from dispatch. This option is perfect when you need your items sooner.

Free UK Delivery

We are pleased to offer free delivery on all UK orders over £45. This offer is automatically applied at checkout, with no code required. Free delivery is available on standard delivery services and applies to the total order value after any discounts have been applied.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery of products shall be made by the company delivering the products to the buyer’s premises or, if some other 'safeplace' for delivery is agreed by the company delivering the products to that place with the customer.

Any dates quoted for delivery of products are approximate only and the company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of products however caused. Products may be delivered by the company in advance of the quoted delivery date upon giving reasonable notice to the customer.

The company’s liability for any failure to deliver the products shall be limited to the excess (if any) of the cost to the buyer (in the cheapest available market) of similar products to replace those not delivered over the price of the products.
