This is a product that is distinguished by its distinctive appearance - for it is not without reason referred to as a lion's mane - lion's mane resembles dangling icicles of 2-6 cm in length, which initially take on a white, then yellow and brownish color. The mushroom is also characterized by a unique aroma that resembles the taste of seafood.
