• Add 1-2 teaspoon of Detox CBD Hemp Tea to your infuser.
• Place the tea infuser inside your teapot or mug.
• Pour 70 C - 80 C hot water on it
• Leave it to stand for 5-10 mins.
• Once the time is up, dunk the infuser a couple of times to circulate the water.
• Remove the infuser and set aside.
