Ingredients: MCT Oil, Hemp Extract (Flavouring)
Suggested Serving: 1/4 pipette (5 drops)- 25mg
Servings: 40
Taken ‘sublingually’, shake well, drop 1 serving under the tongue and hold for 1-2 minutes before swallowing. Take 1-3 servings a day. Best taken with a meal. It can be taken with or without food but preferably prior to a meal as it may lower your blood sugar.
The absorption under the tongue through capillaries allows the CBD to get directly into the bloodstream.
If you find you do not like the taste of the hemp oil then you can just swallow the oil and wash down with water. There are approximately 200 drops in each bottle.
