HOW MUCH SHOULD I TAKE?

15mg per drop/300mg per full pipette

This differs with each person, taking into account weight, height, and reasons for taking CBD. Initially, Naturecan recommend taking 1-2 drops of their 30% CBD Oil per use, and a maximum of 5 drops per day.One drop contains approx. 12.5mg CBD – the FSA maximum daily dose CBD is 70mg. Following this guidance, you can then manage daily dosage based on what works best for you, including combining with other CBD products.

HOW DO I TAKE?

Simply use the pipette to place the desired number of drops under your tongue, leaving the oil for one minute before swallowing. Please remember – a drop is not the entire pipette, but a single droplet of liquid.
