Dosage:
- Place one to eight drops under the tongue 2-3 times per day
- Leave the oil for 1 minute before swallowing
- Gradually build up the dosage as requirements may vary

HOW MUCH SHOULD I TAKE?

• 10mg per drop/200mg per full pipette

This differs with each person, taking into account weight, height, and reasons for taking CBD. Initially, we recommend taking 2-5 drops of our 20% CBD Oil per use, and a maximum of 8 drops per day.

One drop contains approx. 8mg CBD – the FSA maximum daily dose CBD is 70mg. Following this guidance, you can then manage daily dosage based on what works best for you, including combining with other CBD products.

HOW DO I TAKE?

Simply use the pipette to place the desired number of drops under your tongue, leaving the oil for one minute before swallowing. Please remember – a drop is not the entire pipette, but a single droplet of liquid.
