Dosage:
- Place one to eight drops under the tongue 2-3 times per day
- Leave the oil for 1 minute before swallowing
- Gradually build up the dosage as requirements may vary

This differs with each person, taking into account weight, height, and reasons for taking CBD. Initially, we recommend taking 2-5 drops of our 10% CBD Oil per use, and a maximum of 17 drops per day.

One drop contains approx. 4mg – the FSA maximum daily dose CBD is 70mg. Following this guidance, you can then manage daily dosage based on what works best for you, including combining with other CBD products.
